I'm trying to direct my family to an album at zing to show off pictures of my 3 week old son. They get a message of "no such album" I used a blue hyperlink in their e mail for them to click on, but it doesn't work. How do I get that link to work? thanks in advance, jumpn.

Have them copy/paste it into their address field in their browser.

Some e-mail programs don't support URL hyperlinks or HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language)
