this site has more than a few members that are starting to irritate me more and more each time I get on here, the incompetance is starting to get under my skin and I think it best if I avoid this site for a while of my own accord VS one from the moderators, I've done my best to take majority of crap to PM's and emails but...


there are some awsome people on this site but there are others that are killing me with their lack of common sense / knowledge and common courtesy

 

That's too bad man. I've never really talked to you but I've seen you help out a bunch of people. It's a loss to the community really. I can't blame you though as I've walked away from sites in the past due to getting annoyed by members. I find it better to walk away than to lower myself to their level when you just can't ignore them anymore. It's a shame really.

 

It's probably best to take some time off.

I just started logging back on after being gone for about a year. Can't say I missed much. Good luck.

 

Just put them on your ignore list and you will never see anything they post. Don't let them get their way and chase you off.

 

I think you are selling the average forum reader here short. Most are capable of determining the right info versus incompetence. By not coming back and giving any of your talent to the posts hurts a lot more than just the twits. It hurts the guy that really needs your help. I can assure you that more folks are listening to you and laughing at the zipper heads than you'll ever know. From my own experience concerning motor oils, I got loads of crap from the synthetic users until they started reading my posts, data that I posted, and researched outside of the advertising hype. It's not a case of I'm right and everybody else is wrong on these forums. The value to you is that you put the right info in the hands of the viewer and you should be proud of your contributions. It's up to viewer to determine how to use the info. Screw the Twits!

 

I am not trying to sell anybody short and I appologise if I am coming accross that way

it's just right now is a very rough time for me and I am going to step back and clear my head and spend some time with my family

You a huge contributor to this community... you have great info (I still don't think there is an 04+ 4.6 charger though ) and for the most part everyone here appreciates it.

By you taking time off, your letting them win... and that is the worst way to go about things. I freaking HATE seeing these types of posts where the more intelligent people of the forum want to leave because of all the new punks.

It's people like you who bitch slap those punks into place (don't get me wrong... I know there are a bunch that just don't get it), hence why leaving angers me

I hope your time off helps you calm down, but I hope you reconsider. I know how people can get and if I in anyway was one of those people I apologize. (I hope I wasn't) I've seen you on the other forum and I know you like to help us out, so please dont be gone for long.
