My neighbors get 7" and I'm jealous!

I have only gotten a couple inches every night in a row so far. That keeps me busy having to do clean up every morning. Don't get me wrong, I just LOVE that white stuff, but I wish I could get it all at once so I could be done with it. 20 miles north of me, I hear they get 6" or 7" at a time. I'm glad I haven't had to do the driveway yet, it about 80' long! For those of you in the Northern areas, how much snow have you all been getting?

Gonna get my Bed rails back on, Finally!
Couldn't find the right Polished steel design, so once I modify the powercoated ones I just bought, I will paint them.

Q: who wants my "Pocket Mount" chrome ones? Price:cost of shipping, or gas and maybe lunch if you live in S/E MI.

Just be glad you ever get some.
We never get it down here.
If we do, it's less than 1" and is gone by the afternoon.

ATST-

I am in Maryland and I love snow. Unfortunately, I live in the Southern end of the state, so we barely get any. Frequently, when it snows in D.C. (25 miles N), we get rain. I always feel ripped off! Today is the first significant snowfall of the year. We have 3-4" so far and still coming down.

Well, I'm gonna see if my 4WD works. First time I've had the chance to use it in anything other than mud. Time to go have some fun!

I've never had more than a half inch here in any given year. So you can imagine my pride when I awoke this morning to a whopping 3 inches!
I was so excited I called everyone I could think of to tell them about it. I even took pictures! This might not happen again for a long time so I'm thinking of sticking it in the freezer and saving it.

I am not jealous of 7 inches. I am however very Jealous of 10 or more inches. https://www.f150online.com/f150board/wink.gif

BTW no snow here just cold rain and wind.

Hey we got snow too!!! Snow here is on the order of seeing a blue moon. I think we got about 1"!! Shut down the schools, government, even the main bridge going over the Cape Fear made the National news!! That's right, snow on the coast and us rednecks forget how to drive. The problem is we could very easely get unstuck by pouring the "shine" on the road and melting the ice but we got better things to do with it https://www.f150online.com/f150board/smile.gif

The first snow of the year is great!(14inches) The one day a year I actually NEED 4x4, but after that it gets annoying and becomes a hassel.

thunderbird46 Jan 20, 2000 05:50 PM

Eastern South Dakota got at least 5 inches yesterday.
