thanks dad.... I've had my 8800gt's upto 725/1020 before It started getting unstable while testing... I also had my processor up past 3.5 Ghz and could have gone way farther with more tweaking but settled with 3.2 Ghz for safe 24/7

I've been OC'd 24/7 for over a year now...

rule of thumb is always to OC at your own risk.... test test test. and test some more and never push anything you cant afford to blow up.... unless you have a killer warranty

Sure thing son. I dont think a warranty that exists that covers overclocking anything but you said it well...

"overclock.... whats that?..." generally you have to be cool with CPU's.... everything else you can usualy get away with an RMA if you don't know what over clocking is.... but one should always play it on the safe side when overclocking a 24/7 rig

Well new PC is ordered. Should be here wednesday. Goin from a Pentium D 2.8Ghz with a 9600GT and 2 gigs of ram, to a Q6700 2.6ghz, 9800GTX+ Superclocked, and 4 gigs of ram.

Can't wait. PC is gonna be a beast.
