wow, I dont think that guy lived through that did you see the roof just collaps on thing! I am still stunned, that just got crushed like a pancake.

No, he wants a tundra. If it had been a tundra, it would have withstood the force and driven off without a scratch, but wait, it probably wouldnt have been able to tow that camper .

No one was injured. It was a dad and his 10 year old son. The roof only fell on the drivers side edge of the truck.

I can't believe the canopy failed as easily as it did. Watching how the columns didn't provide any lateral stability at all, I don't think that would have been standing after a 45 mph wind.

lateral wind stability has very little to do with this, if the side profile of a structure is say 500 sq ft it has very little resistance to the wind. Wind is not a solid object however a camper is a fairly solid object and is much more capable of imposing force against the structure than a gust of wind
