Does anyone have suggestions for a good Ford Mustang forum?? I did a google search and found stangnet, mustangforums.com, etc. but none of them seem to be any good. I'm thinking about getting another Mustang and want to get back into the swing of things. Thanks

I had an 02 Gt that I traded in for my truck, but I'm looking into the new body styles. But first, I have to convince my wife that a Mustang would be more benificial than a baby.

 

This one isn't bad, just a lot of kids, but some people know what they are talking about.

I had an '02 GT. Basically, the reason I traded it in for my truck is because, although fun to drive, its not very practicle. I bought a bbq grill already put together (the reason i bought it was because it was put together) and when I wheeled it out to my stang, i had to take it apart because it wouldnt fit. I've just been looking into them again and I love the new body styles.

 

Well having an 03 Mach 1 my main haunt is www.mach1registry.org. While most the engine upgrade stuff is Mach 1 specific, things such as tranny, rear end, suspension, wheels and tires, interior items are pretty much the same for all Mustangs. There aren't too many kids there preaching their own thoughts as fact. You will find alot of guys who know these cars backwards and forwards and will more than go out of there way to help you.

Another place I used to frequent is www.mach-1.org, mostly the same thing as above with a different crowd. Some like me go to both, others stick strictly with one or the other.

you could also try www.turbomustangs.com, lots of good info and good people but like any other board do have thier fair share of "kids" and know it alls, provided you can sift through the BS you should be alright.

Closer9, wasnt trying to be rude. Its been one of those days at work.... I checked out a few of the stang sites and it just seems like they dont have the amount of people that this site has and they all seem difficult to navigate through. I went to a local dealership the other nite and did a "foot patrol". Right up front was an '07 Shelby. What a bad a** car....

 

I see alot of them have a ton of kids acting just like kids and don't know chit, but have found a guys that know there stuff.

 

Yeah...they need to have a Mustang section on here haa
