Subject: Call in sick today?

A man calls his boss one morning and tells him/her that he is staying
home because he is not feeling well.

"What's the matter?" asks the boss

"I have a case of rectal glaucoma," he says in a strained and
weak voice.

"What the hell is rectal glaucoma?"

"It's very complicated, but the result is that I can't see my ass
coming into work today." :D
