I've been staying with my mother until I start my job back (laid off).

Anyways, I come home and see this (See below). She only spent $43.68.







85 bottles of Gatorade... and alot of other crap. 82 Packs of toilet paper.

That is taking bargain shopping to another level. I just shook my head and took the pics.

 

HTF did she manage that?

Guess she just wanted you to be comfortable.

 

I go to the store and spend $97 on two small bags with nothing meaningful inside. Person in front of me gets four bags of good food stuffs for $37

And then there are those coupon things too that some people use.

Man I waste a lot of money

 

I sure hope that lasts more than a week...

Holy hell. Now you need to explain HOW she managed that... and don't give me "double coupons" BS.

 

Some grocery store in Evansville IN was running Triple coupon sales... meaning if you had a coupon for $.50 or less, they would triple it.

So the Gator juice and Toilet paper were free after using the coupons. She printed ALOT off the computer.

Buy somthing get somthing free + coupon. 328 rolls of Toilet paper... That's more than a years worth. They'll go bad before then. LOL

Sounds like a dream amount of TP supply back in my toilet papering days.

 

I would hope it is more than a years worth! Otherwise we know what someone is full of.

 

If I was that thrifty at shopping I would have a lot more mod money for the truck.
I can't seem to find a store that takes triple coupons on Budweiser.

The story is.... the toilet paper was on sale.. two for $2... but she had coupons for $2 off a package... so they were free + tax.

Same deal with the Gatorade.

 

Dude, if my wife could do that I would have a new truck!!!
