my uncle john just went into surgery.. he had another heart attack. went to a good hospital to get checked out and turns out hes got 4 clogged arteries. he just went under the knife 2 hours ago and they found one that is completely clogged and being that hes got a 90% chance he wont wake up.. i just lost my other uncle last weekend to pancreatic cancer.. he could have had surgery but the years of drinking and smoking and drugs payed its toll on him.. he just had turned 50. and was sent home to die. but please people pray for my uncle and the family. i dont need to loose both my uncles.. there the only two i was close with the others i only met at family reunions Crying or Very sad

so yeah... this is why i dont drink, smoke, or do drugs.. i dont wanna die painfully when im 50.

Keep your faith and be strong for him. Visit as much as possible. My prayers go out for you and your uncle John and family. 10% to survive sounds terrible. But my last emergency surgery was about the same and I pulled through, It was a tough battle but I belive I had allot of folks praying for me that got me through it all. In the 2-3 years that I've been here, I have not once seen anyone step out of line in a serious situation when someone is truley hurting like this. If they did I have no doubts that they woud be owned by the rest of us in like 2 mins from the time they posted.
