No problem.

Do you sell what you tie or are they for personal use?
I'm just curious, I've never fly fished.

I used to tie for fisherman/fisherwoman and a couple sporting goods stores here in town, But now I just tie for myself's enjoyment. I made that flie tying bench in 1994 and it has served me well these years, I can button it all up to keep the wife happy and not look like Davy Crockett lives here. it can even double as a small bar. I have been asked several times if I could tie some flies for sale but decided not to. I think I would have a hard time tieing several dozen each day like I used to. The materials that go into a handmade fly seem to change each week, and I would have a hard time keeping up with the newest and greatest stuff. Thanks for asking, If you ever get a chance to go fly fishing, take it up. Once you hook up to a five or six pound brown, or larger Rainbow on a 6 ld tippet with a dry fly like the Royal Coachman dry fly, you will be hooked as well. What you use depends on conditions, time of year and what's hatcheing, but you will be rewarded many times about what you have learned, Thanks again

I've thought about it a few times, there's a nice fly fishing outfitter not too far from where I live; they have some nice gear in there. But there's not too many places around here to fly fish w/o using a guide (for freshwater trout). I've thought about doing it when I'm out on the bays along the Texas coast but I've got a ton of spinning and baitcast equipment. One of these days I'll give it a shot.
