Favorite mixed drink?

A couple of weeks ago, I tried something I hadn't heard of before. Texas Tea! I have a new favorite. Long Island Iced Tea has been relegated to second place from this moment forward. What's your poison?

Captain Morgan's and Diet Pepsi...I call it Captains Mast (Navy folk will know what I mean)...I use Diet Pepsi due to the fact rum has enough sugar in it..

Whiskey + 7-Up w/ a slice of lemon

It's called whiskey-up.

Smooth yet satisfying and even quenches thirst.

Any Jack Daniels product & Ginger Ale. Ginger Ale has no caffeine, the USAF Flight Docs said I should cut out caffeine.

or

1 gal apple cider
1 bottle Sour Apple Pucker
1 bottle Hot Damn!
1 bottle Everclear
6 real apples cored & sliced, mix & match apple varieties for a more complex flavor
sugar, cinnamin & nutmeg to taste
simmer at 170f (very important you don't go over this temp or the alcohol will evaporate) for 1 hour or until the apples get mushy, let cool or drink warm, enjoy. Tastes like liquid apple pie. Strain back into glass bottles with screw on caps for storage. Two glasses will get a serious buzz going for the average drinker.

I've had hard liquor only once in about the last 10 years. My favorite used to be Long Island Iced Tea. As a Long Islander it was almost obligatory I guess.
