Man, the wings barely did it, but it's a win. OT in the cup playoffs rule! Stars play Avs today at 2pm central. I'm at work so I'll be listening to it on the radio.

I can't believe some people don't care for hockey. IMHO it's far better than baseball, standing around scratching the goods and waiting for things to happen. I guess I'll be getting less sleep these days.

The Red Wings deserved to win it though, just look at the shots on net and who had puck control for 3/4 of the game. Never fails in a long OT game that a weak goal ends it, thanks for the tip into your own net Rem Murray (in case he is on this board). Maybe next game the Oilers will deside to put in a little effort in the form of forchecking and skating:rolleyes:

The Wings didnt look all that solid for the first 2 periods, but were in total control for the rest of the game and OT.

Hopefully Datsyuk will be back in the mix today. That will bring the Wings back to full strength.
