OJ's record broken (Soldier stabbed wife 71 times)
I don't know how this flew under the radar, but this is what happened.
Story I'm sure this is the typical BS that goes down, just as it did when we went to Desert Storm. We get back, and some of those guy's wive's were 6 months pregnant, but, we'd been gone 8 months... Even our 1SG's wife was gettign her freak on... (Top left about a month before we did, with the advanced party.) She wasn't even trying to be discreet. If you are a soldier; family and your job is really all you have, and can afford. When family starts effing up on you, I can imagine, it'd be pretty bad. If you are married, and you frequent the night clubs, sooner or later, this will happen to you too. The same crap happened with my cousin and his wife. She couldn't stay out of the clubs, soon she began cheating, in retaliation, he began cheating. My wife and I were visiting; he'd get a phone call, and had to go outside with his phone, she'd get a call and have to go to the garage... It was plain to us; I guess they were BSing each other... All one-sided conversations. When one did take a call in the house (if the other spouse wasn't around) it was: uh-uh, umm-hmm, why?, yes, no, because... As we saw that day, their marriage only lasted another year... When you are married, keep your arse out of the club and partying... Especially at a testosterone filled military post. (Note: I'm not saying OJ is guilty. I don't think he did it, personally. But, everyoen equates it to OJ, so I thought it woudl be a funny way to open the thread.) |

Bighersh basically has two unanswered questions in life.
Why does everyone think OJ was guilty and how come we've stopped looking for the WMDs? |

But while OJ is walking down one side of the street, there are 115 exonerated death row inmates walking down the other side. :) |
OJ is not the topic you hi-jackers.
Anyway. I know what it's like to be separated from your spouse/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend WHATEVER. As most of you know I was in the Marine Corps. After returning from Okinawa I got married. After I finally got into base housing, I moved her in with me. It wasn't a month before she was ready to go back home. She had never been away from home her whole life and California wasn't a place for her. So, I sent her back home to her mommy. It wasn't but about a month before I learned she was cheating. This nasty ho committed 9 counts of adultery. 9 people I went to high school with. From what I was told by some of my friends, she was telling everyone she and I were divorced. If I would have been home, and not out of leave, I would be in prison right now too. So, I understand if that's why the dude lost it. I would have too. BUT! The article doesn't mention anything like that, so I will have to keep my eyes open and find out. |
