Coffee.

Where would we be without it?

I've only been getting 1 to 2 hours sleep a night this past week. Without coffee, I wouldn't be able to function.

Coffee is great.

I have an idea.

Go to all of them, order coffee from each place, and mix it all together and make a suicide coffee drink.

I buy that land and build a giant coffee shop and coffee theme park. I buy coffee from all three places and mix it in the back of the store in a giant vat to create the ultimate caffeine buzz drink. This whole town is nothing but a bunch of recovering addicts anyway, so I'll sell to everyone !!!!!!!

Soon, people will come the world over to experience the "Ultimate Suicide Coffee Drink" and visit the Coffee Theme Park, which will have have coffee rides and exhibits, and get even more people hooked on caffeine!!!!!!

And it will grow! And take over the entire beach area, and then, someday . . . THE WORLD!

YES!!! Entire World Coffee Domination ® !!!!!!!

As far as tsunami problems go, it's probably not a big deal. Here's why.

As you can see from this satellite shot, it's on a South facing beach (which is pretty weird when you think about it), so in the event of a tsunami, that area would only catch the fringes of the wave.

Besides, the area of land for sale is on a cliff that sits above the area where those shops are. So, in the unlikely event of a tsunami, they would get wiped out, and Kobi's Coffee Universe (and Theme Park) ® will survive!!!!!! Muh Ha Ha Ha Ha !!!!!!! and thrive !!!! able to continue to spread it's cafeeine-mind-altering-world domination drinks to the thirsty, sleepless masses!!!!!!!!


I'm starting to think all this caffeine is having an effect on me. I don't feel quite right. My hands are shaking. I really need to get some sleep.
