CB you are linking to the thumnail of your pic. open the pic in your gallery and get the url to your full size pic.
To make one in PS creat new image and make it about 600x100 then add pictures and/or text, assemble them, save it, upload to your gallery then open the pic and parse the url in your sig file.

Your sig might look something like this.
Of course you would add other pics the depict your other interest, maybe some flashier back ground, some more details spend some more time cutting the back ground from the truck. ETC etc. But I had the idea of your name being a fence and your truck going throu the gate so thats what I did for now. You could spend some more time making lines like it is a barbed wire fence, add patches of grass. Lots of fine tuning and details left out. You can use this one if you want until you get a better one made.
Your sig might look something like this.

I'll tell you how I learned it before I went ot school, then school really didn't teach me much that I didn't already know how to do. Different ways to do it maybe, some were longer some were faster. But the majority of my knowledge actually came from online tutorials. Find them, do them step by step, even if it's not a project that you want to do, you can close it and not save it. But there are techniques used that you will likely use else where maybe in a different order to achieve different affects. Best thing you can do over all is just play with it.
