What's your favorite dish?

I'm a country boy- so here's mine:

Red Beans & Rice, cornbread, with some smoked neck bones.
Desert: blueberry cheescake with oatmeal crust.

Favorite Resturant: Cheesecake Factory & Tony Roma's.
"Baby-back ribs....... Mmmmmmmmmmmm Boy!"

16oz T-bone cooked medium (little pink) with a loaded baked potato and a 22oz Yuengling lager. For desert I'll take another beer.

Man, I ate Beef Bulgogi almost every night for a year in Korea! That was delicious. They had another thing- kinda like a mini-burrito; it was good too, had ground beef in it. (At least I think it was ground beef! LOL)

Rice Bulgogi, Pork Bulgogi and Beef Bulgogi- at the KATUSA snack bar.

You can keep the Kim-Chi though...

Why, Lt. Dish, of course.

Baby shrimp with black bean sauce & a side order of spring rolls... Death by Chocolate for dessert?

Of couse, if I'm cooking, I prefer to throw together potroast & gravy, mashed taters, a side veggie and maybe an apple pie for dessert - there are NEVER leftovers!!!

chicken fried steak is good, even when its not that good, it's still good, know what I mean. I havn't had the real good stuff since I was down south last, maybe 9 years ago in Tennessee.

Here in Rochester NY we have what we call a garbage plate. It consists of homefires and macaroni salad with two cheese burgers (or hot dogs) ontop covered with onions, mustard and a special ground beef based hot sauce (sort of like chili but with no beans and a greek flavor). Damn is it good but it looks sort of nasty.

Love Korean food. I make Bulgogi and Dak-Gui all the time.

For me though, my favorite is Chicken Paprikas with homemade dumplings.

Who can narrow it down? Tough choices, love the Ribeye's but also love Veal Parm...gotta have some of that Strawberry Shortcake or Black Forest cake for the finish...
