I bet it was, as they are all having problems there.

If I was that guy I would be pissed and fight Ford.

My SVT Focus allready had the valve cover gasket replaced, and EVERY SVTF has had a leaky valve cover gasket.

It's a proven fact!

I'd like to jump on the PISSED bandwagon... If oil was leaking out a hole in the oil pan left by an exiting connecting rod I could understand, but voiding his warranty on the spot without checking to see why it was leaking especially when there seems to be a Ford engineering problem is absolute bull****. I understand it wasn't your say, but thats just wrong!

isnt that the same blower that are in the back of the ford magazines?

Actually, if you screw up the PCV system during the install and pressurize the crankcase, you can cause an oil leak.

Yes. I bet if the Ford dealer would've installed it though it would've been warrantied. :rolleyes:

So I'm guessing you took it out for a nice joy ride like most technicians, beat it up, then brought it back and voided his warranty for a supercharger?
