Anyone who is from Illinois and believes in an individuals right to defend him/herself please read carefully. Senate Bill 1195 has passed the house vote and will go to the Senate for their vote tomorrow. This bill bans ALL semiautomatic weapons in the state of Illinois and no citizen will be allowed to own or possess one without being illegal in the laws eyes. Please call your Senator and urge him to vote NO for this bill and all other anti-gun bills currently on the list of items waiting to voted on. I know this is a truck forum, but being a law abiding, truck loving, and gun owning man, (legal of course), I can only assume that there are others like myself reading this forum. Your actions can help us all to live free in this state and country. If this bill passes we could all become criminals overnight. We all know that the law abiding citizens do not commit crimes, it is the illegal gun owning persons who do. Passing these laws will only render us law abiders defenseless. Please help. If the day comes that ALL privately owned guns are banned and gone will be the day our freedoms cease to exist.

If you want to live as they now live in Iraq, then vote yes for every anti-gun law you can.

If you want to live as free as you do today, then vote NO for every anti-gun law there is.

They can if you don't stand up for your rights and vote it out, Illinois! Stop this nonsense, even semi-automatic handguns will be illegal to own throughout the state if you don't (from what I understand it applies to handguns, too).

People especially need to prepare to defend themselves during a war with a terrorist country, you may save your own or everyone around you, so don't let this go, you never know when the next terrorist attack will be, we are on hightened security right now!
