Traction Bars, HOW TO ?
The caltracks you have to remove the spring press out the front rubber bushing and install a metal bushing. Then reinstall the spring and replace the U bolts and put on the new spring bracket.
The JDM bars you have to replace the U bolts, replace the spring bracket, and drill 3 bolts on each side of the frame.
Truck tracks are the easiest to install, followed by the JDM bars, and the caltracks are the hardest to install.

probleminfected, the Truck-Traks that I manufacture can be installed in about 25 minutes with a 3/4" wrench. Just like Lightninrod said, you don't even need to jack up the truck.

That's a good question. I don't know anyone that has done a back to back test on the three different bars. I know that Sal at PSP has run both the Caltraks and my Truck-Traks. He might be able to better answer the question
