Ford sent me a nice cool cup just in time to keep my drinks cold for winter. Very good of them. Also a letter telling how to go about getting a new I/C. Hats off to Ford for standing up to the problem and putting out the recall. I know some may say what took so dam long, but at least they did it. Let's give them some credit here. Let the flames begin!
