Hello All,

I own a 2011 F250 Super Duty Gas and under the windshield wiper cowl is a piece of tape, which appears to be cloth tape, located on the passenger side of the truck. I need to replace the tape, due to looking for critters, and was wondering if I can use gorilla tape? If I cannot, then is the tape that I am going to replace indeed cloth tape? If so, then where do they sell it that is wide enough (piece is approximately 2"x5")?

I have cloth gaffers (or AKA stage hand tape). The stuff is AMAZING!

Thank you for the reply. I was wondering if the tape you suggested would be able to withstand the heat coming off of the engine? I have been looking up cloth tape and it seems like a lot of them are rated for high temps..

 

Yes it would be. I've tested it in all types of conditions.

Trust me, you'll find other uses for it. Blows duct and Gorilla tape away.
