Exclamation Just bought an 08 F250. Have 3 problems. Truck pics included

I have a 2008 F250 6.4L I bought recently and have three questions.

1 Do these older trucks (08-10) have the same anti theft system that the newer ones have (11-16)? Or is it different? Manual says it won't start without a coded key. Because when I lock it with the fob and open from the inside (window rolled down) nothing happens. In my 2013 F150 if I open the door without using the fob it will sound if I don't put the key in the ignition within 10 seconds.

2 The cruise control and lights for cruise buttons on dash don't work. Could that be tuner related or a fuse?

3 The front driver side wheel sticks out a good 1.5" further that the passenger side. It has a 2.5" level on front end. I've heard it's 4wd related and cosmetic and the level kit makes it look more obvious.

It has 130,000 miles and is fully deleted. Has 4" straight pipe exhaust and an H&S tuner installed. Any advice is really appreciated. Thanks!

I can't answer your first question, but I can take a whack at the next two.

For you cruise control, go for the easy solution first. I'd check the fuses.

As for the front wheels sticking out different amounts, get the truck to a competent alignment / frame shop. That is definitely not normal and not related to four wheel drive. Something is waaay off in that front end and you probably have a pretty decent safety issue going on there.

when you lift the front end , the track bar needs to be adjusted for the different ride height

It has a 2 inch level on the front and doesn't have a relocate bracket or adjustable track bar. So I need either one to get the axle back to center. Or I might just take the 2 inch out and put a 1 inch level. I like more height in the back because I tow daily and am about an inch higher in the front with my trailer connected.
