06 F250 5.4 Replace - Transmission Line Disconnect

2006 Ext Cab 4x4 5.4 Automatic

So finally started the removal of the engine (cylinder 3 blowing coolant). Intake out, but stuck on Transmission Line Disconnect. Bought the OTC tool, but can't get it in far enough to release either side, both will move a bit L/R & U/D.
Update - more PB liquid, and some ratchet strap pull pressure while tapping tool in worked for both sides.
Update: Rad/Fan done, PS 3 bolts done and unit set aside, A/C 3 bolts done and unit set aside. No more connections, left O2 sensor connected because it's out of the way already.

Still to do: Torque converter 4 bolts, Exhaust manifold 4 bolts, Transmission 7 bolts, Motor mount 6 nuts.
Q - Got 1 Torque-C nut off, but can't rotate the crankcase, seized over time (previously rotated with starter attached, that's how I found Cyl 3 issue)? Ideas?
Appreciate any tips.

Can you turn the engine over with a socket and breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley bolt if you pull the spark plugs and drive belt?

So I already tried socket and breaker bar. Note, I am not on a lift, but shouldn't Neutral be ok? It wasn't previously seized, as I rotated and did compression test, and yes, spark plugs still out. But its been sitting at least 6 months since then. Thinking about reinstalling starter as well, but have to also reconnect a ground. I can also use impact gun, as nothing left in the way in front. And I assumed clockwise, looking from front.

Pull the drive belt. A seized driven pulley can make it act like it's locked up.

Spark Plugs out, Intake removed, so no pulleys attached, cooling system removed, truck in neutral but all 4 tires on ground:
- Put PB Penetrant in all 8 spark plug sockets this week a few times
- still could not move crank pulley, even with an extended breaker bar
- blew out all cylinders, got Rusty Fluid out of Cylinder 3 (previously known blown) intake port, so blew as much out as possible for this cylinder and emptied last of my PB in there
- Will blow out in a day or so and refill again with PB
Any other ideas appreciated. Torque converter the last tough bolts to remove, as exhaust already done, just have engine mounts and top 2 tranny bolts after.
