37s are a much better fit. Is the front higher than the rear right now?
Slightly but I have some weight in the bed so its sagging a little bit
Looks good, a lot better with the 37"s they feel the wheel wells better. What motor are you swapping?
i'm gonna do a cummins 12v swap. I have a motor already, just don't know where i'm gonna go with a transmission and gotta figure out the wiring. i had the truck and motor for sale but decided to keep the truck and do a swap
Oh thats gonna be a wicked swap.
better do a write up on the swap, im sure it'll be a nice rig! nice tires too
Yea i'll will do a very detailed write up and have many many pictures. I found an Allison to cummins adapter plate yesterday thinking of maybe putting an Allison on the back side of the motor. This is gonna get expensive
I like the 37's better buddy but I like the agressive look of the 35's tread pattern
Hard to beat the price though! |
Yea the mud tire looked real good but the truck rides so much better now.
Looks awesome. I'll be lookin for the write up.
What are you gonna do for trans control with the allison? |
no clue something i'll figure out along the way if i go that route
Looks much better with the 37's.
Looks good. How does the 5.4 like the 37s?
Nice lookin rig! Keep us posted with the swap, and for my .02...put a 5 or 6 speed behind that Cummins! Either way, it's gonna be one awesome truck!
