Tylus the trucks looking good, you should put some screen over that to keeps road debris out of the filter and if I can find it later I post up a link of what some of the other guys did on there Super Duties when they did the ZooDad.

Edit: Tylus, here is the link I was talking about.

thanks for the link. I had given a screen about 2 seconds of thought, but then figured the grille was enough.

the downspout one is pure genious. I think that would be fun to make. Wife wants me to build some shelves in the garage anyways, so a trip to Lowes is forthcoming today

Here ya go Dave. I went by Home Depot earlier and grabbed some gutter screen for $2.42

Cut it to fit, put some notches to clear, sprayed black with rattle can paint...and it snapped right in. The side that snaps onto your gutter fits perfectly next to the radiator. Then 4 screws to prevent it from falling out.

Not pretty, but should work great. and essentially no fabrication. The screen looks like like it's plugged up due to the light. All the holes are clear. I'll try to get a better picture during the daylight

ordered the Navistar Blue Spring kit. $32 shipped to my sis in Texas. $2-3 bucks from her to me...so $35 total ain't bad IMO. anyone interested in getting it can buy it here for $32 themselves after 15% coupon (1AP311). Cheapest I could find the spring and o-ring kit anywhere.
