Can someone on here with an F-250/F-350 post a picture of the factory 4'' blocks? I am curious to see if they have the bump stops integrated into them, as the 2'' factory 97-03 F-150 blocks. Also, what is the spring/perch width on the F-250/F-350 Superduties?

What I am wondering is if I could possibly swap in a set of factory 4'' Superduty blocks under my 03 F-150 with the 2.5'' wide leaves and 9.75 rear end. I do not want to buy a 4'' block from another source because aftermarket ones do not have the bump stops integrated into them as the factory ford ones do, and I do not want to stack blocks in order to reach a higher height. I am already running a set of heavy duty atlas leaves, so updating the stock F-150 leaves is out of the question as well. Thanks for y'alls help, and sorry for the long post, lol.

 

I believe that all the factory blocks have the "wing" sticking out one side that the bump stop makes contact with.

 

could you measure the width of your rear leaf springs for me, FreekyFX4?

Yes, the 4" F350 blocks have the bump stop wing on them. All the 99+ Superduties use a 3" leaf instead of the 2.5" leaf that the F150s used. It may work, but I think you may run into more long term issues with the wider block.
