I am buying a 2008 F250 2wd crew cab lariat from a friend and I need to know if there is anything special I need to do other then use diesel fuel.

I am also getting the ford ESP premier warranty and maintenance agreement along with it to 100K miles.

 

Find out if it is a Job 1 or not. Easiest way is look at the front valance, if it is the smaller valance its a job 1, job 2 had a huge valance. Job 1s had alot more problems and they slowly got worked out as they were built.

 

6.4s are a roll of the dice IMO...

Warranty is an excellent idea, oh and maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. Can't really stress that enough

 

I found out it is a job 2 build.
