need help with 7.3 psd water leakage

i got a 99 superduty crewcab longbed 2x4 7.3 liter powerstroke with a water leakage, i have to fill up on water 1 or 2 times everyday, i got it fixed by some sort of welding to patch the hole in the block, but its still losing water, it was leaking out near the starter but then it stopped but im still losing water, is it cuz a gasket broke or something, need help.

You either have a VERY badly blown head gasket or you have a new hole in the block. Either way since you seem to keep driving it knowing that its sucking that much water your engine is toast by now. You need at minimum a new short block so get out your checkbook.

Don't worry its probably nothing, just keep refilling the water you'll be fine.

Head gasket, cracked head, freeze plug, water pump, cracked block....ECT could be anything but if its loosing that much water, that fast, it needs to be fixed yesterday
