Steering Stabilizer replacement

Looking to replace the stock steering stabilizer. Any suggestions? I hear Monroe, Rancho, and others. I will someday go with a dual set-up when I get larger tires, but am going to stick with a stock replacement for now.

Thanks for any input...

Also, does Bilstein make steering stabilizers as OEM replacements - can only find them for motorhomes....

Don't know, but I need to replace mine... Bad. *somebody* bent it good... :o

Looking under my truck the other day I noticed the stock stabilizer must have busted a seal as there was oil all over it. Only 24K miles too! I also noticed that the stocker was made by Monroe (with a Ford stamp on it)...so much for a Monroe replacement I guess. So....since it is still under warranty I will have the dealership install a new one and wait a half year or so to get a replacement....may look at Pro Comp, KYB, or Rancho...who knows at this point

i think king and fox make a replacement............i was going to call them to replace the one on my truck....

Yeah - The Fox stabilizer is pressurized so it will cause the truck to drift on the roads - though for off road only it's probably great!
