2009 Expedition Cold Weather Problems

Good afternoon all,

I have 2009 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer EL with 152,000 miles (5.4 liter Triton engine).
Truck keeps going on limp mode (goes on 1st gear and stuck) in winter time only.
Warning lights: Wrench light comes on, check engine light, traction control, low fuel gauge, check rear park aid warning, speedometer doesn't work.
OBD scanner shows U0101 Lost Communication with TCM, U0100 Lost Communication with ECM/PCM "A".
If i shut off engine and wait 15-20 mins, check engine light comes up but truck is derivable (not stuck in first gear and other errors go away except for CEL).
Any help is greatly appreciated. Truck works fine all other seasons, except for cold winter.

Thanks!!

Mel, since you aren't selling anything, I moved your post out of Classifieds to its own thread in the Expedition section. You should get more help here.
