Random Engine Rattling During Acceleration

I own a 2003 Ford Expedition (5.4L). During acceleration around 40-65 mph I hear a little bit of rattling in the engine. This increases even more when the A/C is on.

Any thoughts?

Heat shield? Is it a definite rattle and not a knock?
