I have a 1997 Ford Expedition XLT 4.6L V8 4X4 and am having differential Problems!
I have ruled out the Transfercase because the driveshaft turns and Moves like normal!
About 2 months ago When i was going forward or in reverse it seemed as if something would lock up and it would Jerk and clunk and now something has broke and im not sure what yet i took the plate off the diff and the gears that are for the axles i believe there the 2 spider gears doesnt seem to be missing teeth or broken because i manually turned them with the truck jacked up in the air and inspected them Both sides look fine Not sure anyone got an answer idea or help?
