Question 03 Expy - 2 problems

Nothing major, but 1 has me puzzled -

* The first is the dreaded BACK AC clicking. It just started last week and I figured out the problem and have ordered DORMAN parts 604202 (Temperature Actuator) and 604213 (Mode Door Actuator). I understand it's a bear to take the side panel off, but oh well.

* The second is (and sounds simpler): the rear window wash is no longer working. I've eliminated the obvious - washer fluid - and "believe" I have eliminated any kinks in the line to the rear. Any other suggestions that y'all might know about. It's the one that's driving me "g"NUTS!

Thx...

Do you mean the the rear window fluid wont turn on or wont come out? if so just check the passenger side front panel on the side, my old expedition had this problem and the hose just came undone just connect it back.

Perfect answer! At first I couldn't find the hoses, but both of them were hidden beneath the lip of the fluid container... disconnected. A little wiggling back together and I have rear wash once again.

TY very much!

The parts should be in today, tomorrow... hmm... soon. There are some guides out there, so I'll just follow it along. I guess it's a common problem with the "tick of death" for the rear air.
