To End all the discussion this how you do it. The thing I'm not sure about is the wires on the mirrors. I don't know the exact numbers but I do know that the colors are white and yellow. Make sure you install an inline fuse so you don't blow your motors like I did one time....
The switch is suppose to be a dpdt, which is on/off/on switch.

Hello All-
I did a power folding mirror install on my '03 Expy Eddie Bauer. I used mirrors from an '08 Expy Limited. They were a direct swap. Then, I tackled the power folding part. I hope this is useful to anyone else who wants to do this!
