High Idle(again)

I have the high idle problem again. I posted before about this but haven't had it fixed yet. Someone said that it is my AIC valve. Well its getting into towing season for me now I'd now like to fix this problem. How hard is this valve to replace? Where is the valve located? Do I need any special tools(code scanner)?Does anyone have a Ford part number?Any help is appreciated Thanks

Specify year, vehicle, and engine.

There are differences and we are not psychic.

COBRA1993SVT; You may want to look at the tps before you look
at the iac valve for your problem, you may also want to see if you have a vacuume leak, I have had to replace a couple of tps sensors due to this problem they act like they are hunting for the
correct idle speed & the iac [idle air control valve] is in working order, tps will devllope a bad spot in it & then these problems start, if the throttle bodie has ever been cleaned the wrong way
before this may have been the begining of the end. This problem
is quiet unique due to the fact that it may or may not produce a
dtc that can be scaned, If it were me I would start by replacing the tps first in your quest for piece of mind. TURBO TED

COBRA1993SVT; It is on the passangers side of the throttle bodie
it is a black sensor that has a 3 wire connector to it, it is connected to one end of the of the plate of the throttle bodie the [ butter fly if you will] . VERY IMPORTANT before you remove the sensor take an awl & scribe the alumnium portion of the throttle bodie around the sensor as close to the bodie of the sensor as possiable, this is so that when you put the other sensor back on you will not have to have it recalibrated by a shop, if i were you I would have someone check the voltage level of the sensor after you install the new sensor.
