Spectre CAI installed causing DTC's for Lean Banks 1&2 with MIL
 

Just installed a new Spectre CAI System and it caused the MIL to come on and P0171 & P0174 DTC's. It Has a high performance tune from SuperChips and Cat-Back Magna Flow dual 2 1/2" exhaust. I just purchased new plugs, DNA shorty stainless headers, a MAF from DNA, and a a new fuel filter that I have yet to swap out. Is there anything else I should plan to do, check, add, change, or modify before I get started? I want to make sure I have everything covered and all tbe parts before I start wrenching.

You need to get a CUSTOM tune to account for all those mods.

I installed a spectre CAI... honestly, it sucks.... fit and finish was crappy.... the emissions tube holes are in the wrong spot. etc

no DTC though, not sure why you are having issues. I do have a sct x4, but just run the canned 91 tune that comes with it. I also don't have mufflers.

have you adjusted your gear ratios to be running the 35s?

I run the same size tires, and my stock ratio was 3.55, but I have 4.56s now

2v 5.4l

I will be getting a different intake when I get my truck back together, the spectre sucks ( I might do the GOTTS mod, but put the CARB EO from the spectre on it)
