You have to use your 2003 throttle body and associated parts. You may have to swap the whole intake. Off the top of my head, the EGR system may be different too.

The 2005 throttle body is fully electronic, the 2003 is cable operated with an IAC.

I have changed the throttle body assembly I was wondering about it not having an IAC valve, Is it ok to just leave the plug unplagged

No, you have to do what you need to transfer the IAC over. You can't run an electronic throttle with a 2003 PCM.

Please repost, and this time turn off the autocorrect. Proofread manually. What you just said is nonsense.
