oil dipstick tube end removal

Replaced the leaking manifolds on my truck (02 5.4L )with Edelbrock shorties and removed the dipstick in order to get the driver side header in. Problem is that when I removed the dipstick it broke off flush with the block (I know this is my own fault for not taking my time ). Are there any tricks/tools that would ease the removal of the piece still in the block? Thanks.

I have heard of people putting compressed air through the oil fill hole and that gave enough pressure to push it out.

What I did was thread in a screw and pried on the screw and it came right out. Worked 2 times on my truck already.

Thanks, I'll try threading a bolt in there and prying on it.
