Dump it?

If i were to cut off my exhaust pipes at the muffler and install turn-down's what kind of sound difference would there be as apposed to having my pipes go out the back? Mine are currently going out the back and the tips are rusting, i have new stainless one but waiting for summer to come around to install them, which is also when i plan on getting true duals.. Just wondering if there is a more aggressive sound with the turn-down's than the out the back setup..

Thanks
-Alex

I did the same thing with my true duel system and i was amazed at how much louder it got. The only thing is you should expect some drone inside the cab at certain RPM's. I say do it if you want your truck louder
