I know that they are not Flowmasters . The pic looks like 2 glasspacks tack welded together.

I don't think they are glasspacks. Thats what I use to have. This is bugging me now that I don't know what they are.

I think they're two glass packs that were welded together. And 95, not all glasspacks sound the same, they vary in length which makes them louder or quieter. Looks like you got screwed.

You can record a sound file, then upload it to a hosting service (putfile maybe?), and then send us a link.

You need some type of sound recording device. And we won't be 100% able to identify the mufflers by the sound, but they LOOK exactly like glass packs.

Well I'll take your word for it because I don't have any recording devices.

Looks like a couple of glass packs. I've never seen a Flowmaster that looks like that.

I went to Midas and the guy said that not all Flowmaster mufflers are embosed with their name, but he looked under the truck and found a number and said that it was a Flowmaster number. I looked online for the same number but couldn't find it. I think what I will do is go back to where I originally got the muffler and ask some questions.

Those mufflers could also be lobaks, lobak sucks, they were mandatory one year on the racecars because the track promoter owned a little piece of lobak. anyhow to the issue at hand.... any flowmaster I have ever seen has their name stamped on the casing, secondly I wouldn't trust a guy that works at midas if he was honest abe, and third their website say all flows have thier name stamped on the casing so there's your answer
