Window won't go down

My back passsenger window in my SCrew will not go down from the main driver door switch. It does go down from its respective switch though. So doesn't seem mechanical. All door switches are plugged in, not sure where else to look. Fuse? some way to test? All I had done recently was put in speakers, carbon fiber kit.

While driving truck today, I heard clicking sounds from left front door and back left door and left dash area. Both left front door and rear door would not move from either switch (driver side and other). Then while at home I was checking it out, had door open while trying to lock doors, would not work! Then alarm went off, pushed button on key to turn it off, put key in ignition etc. then the windows work from their respective switches (driver switch doesnt control passenger front door yet).
What could be happening? Is it my alarm causing problems? Had no problems for 3-4 months since alarm put in. OEM FORD alarm put in by guy who does bunch of these daily. Help.
