Noticed a unoccupied connector directly below my hood latch it has a red and a green wire. The connector is firmly attached to a steel plate. Any body know what this is for? I'd hate to have some feature that I could take advantage of with a couple hundred dollar accessory purchase! LOL!

 

Found the same plug you are talking about on my 02 SCREW last night, if you find out PLEASE let me know. It kills me to think there MAY BE a simple plug in MOD we are missing!!!!!
