Sounds like turn signals are on

Are all of the turn signals and the emergency flashers working the way that they're supposed to? I'm wondering if you might have a short in the wiring and something is drawing power. I can't say on the newish vehicles but the "blinkers" used to be a purely electro-mechanical switches (they operated exactly the same way that Christmas tree light blinkers did) and they wouldn't "click" and blink the lights unless there was power flowing through them. OTOH today I wouldn't be surprised if the blinking isn't controlled by a circuit that is part of the BCM or one of the other electronic modules and the clicking isn't produced by a speaker.
If you turn on the turn signals are you hearing two sets of clicking or just one?
Look and see if there's a fuse for the turn signals and pull that fuse and see if the noise stops.
"Until I press on the brake pedal and they stop. Tale my foot off the brakes and it starts again."
Bad grounds at the lights will make them do funny things like that. Check and see if all of the tail lights, side marker lights, stop lights are working properly. Also check that the tail lights don't go out when you press the brake or that any of the lights fail when used in combination with other lights.

The radio and the mirrors aren't even closely connected. What's causing your electrical issues? Water ingress and corrosion?
