airbag code 34, what do i do about it

1995 Ford F-150 extended cab 5.0 V8, automatic. Would this also drain battery.

Code 34 is for DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG CIRCUIT LOW RESISTANCE OR SHORTED.

Further research indicates that it's frequently the clock spring.
