2004 F150 Parasitic Battery Drain

I have a 2004 F150 which I bought in May of 2015. My battery drains down in about 10 days since I bought it and ruined the battery. It now has a new Motorcraft battery in it and I don't want to ruin it. I have done testing to see which fuse circuit is causing the draw and have reached this point so far. If pull out the power door lock fuse (PDL) fuse #107 the battery will stay charged for weeks. Before the PDL fuse is taken out the draw at the battery is .31 amps after it's out it's drawing .02 amps which is ideal. Note, tests are done with key out and 45 minute wait. I rigged up a way to test the PDL circuit at the fuse box by making a gizmo with leads coming out of it so I could attach to my meter. When hooking up the meter, I get fuse box relay #R201 - trailer tow park lamps - clicking and another relay clicking in the cab wall behind the driver's seat. Is that the BSM? At that point, the draw is oddly .00 amps unless I lock the doors and then it spikes to over 3.00 amps for a fraction of a second and then returns to .00 amps.

Next I started testing other fuses with the PDL fuse IN and when I pulled fuse #21 which is the cluster keep alive I get the same before and after result in current reduction. Not sure what to do next.

dumb question time, is the headlamp switch in the auto position while you are having the problems ?

I have seen 2 issues with the VSM/BSM.
1.the pins for the auto headlamps are blackened.
2. Loose ground wire from the BSM to the back cab wall.

Fuse #107 is also part of the autolamp circuit to the BSM

Just something that came to mind when reading your post.

Will check ground wires then come back and get more info on blackened pins.

Hope you catch this before you put everything back together.

The connector on the BSM/VSM itself.
- I really should have been more descriptive about that.

Purchased a used body security module from http://stores.ebay.com/tjparadise/ for $81 which came with a 60 day warranty and had Orange Ford in Albany NY install the part for $120. Keyless entry code is printed on the module. Draw is now fluctuating between .02 and .03 amps.
