To close this out.....
We got another VSM from another '07 4 door. $75
Part numbers were a match, but the CJ at the end on the old one, was CK on the new one.
Disconnected the battery and ALL electrical stuff works.
Cycled the key to program both remotes, and they synch'd up no problems

Where did you find the VSM? My alarm keeps going off, and cab and box lights come on and off. Thinking it might be related
