Driver's seat electrical problem

Hello

The driver's seat on my F150 2011 is not working at all. I replaced the fwd/aft motor but didn't solve the problem. I have 1.5V at the main seat electrical plug. Is that normal? I would have thought that the voltage should be higher...

I am looking for wiring diagrams but can't find any.

Any suggestions?
