Doors won't lock, alarm goes off
 

Our 2013 F150 won't lock. Not with the keypad, the keyfob, or the button; they also no longer lock when you're driving down the road. It indicates it's locked by flashing the lights the first time you hit the button and tooting when you hit it twice, but when you pull the handle it is not locked. The alarm will also sound, sometimes, when you open the door after it "thinks" it's locked. We've gotten the warning "start engine or alarm will sound" too. We have a brand new battery, it was dead twice and dealer replaced the battery last week. It's been super cold (30 below) but the 05 Explorer with the 5 year old battery and the 03 Caravan started just fine through it all. We asked if there could be a drain somewhere, they said, no, this cold is just so hard on batteries... So frustrated! Dealer just shrugs and says it's no biggie, it's under warranty...yeah, for now. Any insight is appreciated!

So, ask them why they can't fix it! If they can't figure it out, they are supposed to get tech help through the system.
