I fitted a set of 2009/2010 F150 Platinum Leather seats in my 01 F350 a couple years ago and I successfully hooked up only the power functions on both seats which have been working great for the last 2 years.

I would like to start hooking up the heat/cool functions of the seats.
I think they are both controlled by a dual climate controlled seat module box under the driver seat.

Is their a way to hook the heat/cool up individually to switches and bypass this box. or can i get a switch to somehow hook up with the DCCSM box, because I think the DCCSM communicates with the automatic climate control hvac module on the f150 which my F350 does not have?

First order of business I think is tracking down some wiring diagrams

Don't think you are going to have much luck with trying to direct wire the seats.

The DCSM controls the function of the seat ( heat or cool ) and checks if the temp is too high ( to turn off ) or if a person is in the seat.

You could try something like a heattroller for motorcycle gear to the heating element to get more than a single stage out of it, don't know how well this would work if you do.

the cool part, don't know if this is just the fan or if something else is going on. You might be able to use a 2 speed fan control to have a high low, but I don't know if these are + VDC rated.
