Brake Controller Won't Work

I have a brake cobtroller installed in my 06 F150. It is wired under the dash like its supposed to. Recently I had a Whelen Tail Light flasher installed and my truck is used as a POV. Ever since the brake controller will not function. How do I fix this?? Thanks in advance!

did it ever work? You need to install a relay in the fusebox along with wiring it.
Or did the tail light flasher kill it

Yeah it worked before. I had a buddy look at it and found a bare wire way under the dash and the controller didn't have a fuse in it and ended up shorting out the controller. Found an old one and it works fine. just gotta put a fuse in it this time!
